medicinal and other uses.

Tsubana / Imperata cylindrica is a perennial grass
of the Gramineae family.
The edible part is said to have a sweetness similar to breast milk.
The Tanka poet, Fukiko Yasunaga was born in
Kumamoto Prefecture, however, whose mother,
Haruko was born and raised in Higashi Park, Fukuoka Prefecture.
